Cadence is a full service Planning and Landscape Architecture firm with an emphasis on Nature Based Tourism, and small scale Hospitality Design. They solve problems and design solutions. They are committed to the triple bottom line approach and success of every project - people, planet, profit.

Cadence was co-founded in February of 2010 by Rebecca Bradley and Gage Couch. Their collaboration stems from a desire to bring high-end design and forward thinking strategies to like-minded land developers and property owners. Combined, they have 15 years of first hand experience in the hospitality design and planning industry. Over the past few years, they witnessed the ultimate highs of the development industry - as well as the oh so very lows. With that experience in hand, they set their sights to evolve the way they approach solutions and serve their clients.

Their project experience spans the Caribbean, Latin America and the Southeastern United States. The Cadence studio is located in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They’re familiar with tropic environments, but this does not limit where they can work. No project is too small. No location is too far. They believe it is their responsibility to have a positive impact on the land, the people that experience it, as well as their clients’ return on investment.
